Overall pretty solid food/experience.
Bartender Crystal is the bomb. Have had great experiences with her over the past couple years.
What pushed me to write this review is that, an employee -- who I think might be an owner -- is rude beyond belief. Very sarcastic attitude when she thought she might be taking my order, in a snarky tone asking "what do you want, buddy?" She had the same attitude towards a customer on the phone. Very rude and honestly quite appalling. She also felt inconvenienced to put the Rays game on (any) tv (in Tampa)!!!
Love the bartender to death, and the food is/was good, but I don't think I can continue to support this place anymore.

So we have gone here a couple of times to watch the WVU games. It was opening day and they were busy but the wait staff was really rather rude. They use those machines where they run your card at the table and sit and look at you while you are tipping them- well I hate those things. As we were driving home I mentioned how much the bill was to my husband, $32 and change for a build your own burger, a French dip, a coke and a water. Again another reason I hate those machines, bring me a bill I can read and see if you made a mistake, which after discussing it there clearly was one. Figured it half way home and there's nothing I can do about now. The friend we met there actually had a different server and she was out and out RUDE! He was much kinder about than I think I could have been.

Good Bar food as always. Menu has expanded since I started coming here years ago when kids were small. Great family and group gathering place

Recently, I went to eat here because I had a free fried pickle coupon. I gave the coupon to the waitress named Desiree and she took it and said we could use it for the meal. She was very rude from the minute we got there and did not seem happy to be there. After ordering and eating the soggy food, she told me that we could not use the coupon because it was for another location but failed to mention that at the beginning before we ordered. Then, she continued to say it was her fault and still made me pay for the meal. Customer service = tragic.

Nice location. Bar food but expected. Lots of tv's .
The problem is WAY understaffed. Our very cool waitress Therese was GREAT considering the WHOLE restaurant-only had TWO! The kitchen help Jeff came out to serve drinks. HELLO management!
